Hi, everyone! Carolina the duckling here with SO MUCH to report on! First, as promised, some pictures of our teen program participants. The first few are from HVA’s most recent return to camp, when they told everyone about all the miles they had covered and the adventures they had undertaken. Looking forward to getting some action shots from their counselors when they return from their current trip! The next few are of HVCommunity, both of the landscaping they’ve been doing at P.A.W.S. and the trail work/invasive-species removal they’ve been doing nearby.
Next up, we had Electives the other night and were able to snap some photos of several of the groups, including those doing:
- Animal Care (I’m even in there – can you spot me?)
- Stage Blood
- Stamped Stationery/Sunprints
- Pressed-Plant Glass Crafts
- Fused Glass Coasters
- Glass Beads
- Tipi Zipline
We also gave out five-year vests at evening meeting on Thursday. These are a coveted gift given to anyone who has been at HVC for five years, and we got group shot of the whole crew!
Yesterday was a Trip/Lazy Day, which meant Art with a Twist for Older Half – check out all the fun they had and how creative they got to be! Middle and Younger Halves had their turn to go glow bowling and had a blast.
Have a great Saturday and enjoy the pics!
Yours with fuzz,
